Delivery and Return Arrangement for Online Orders
Delivery: Free shipping in urban areas, actual shipping costs are required in remote areas
Return policy is as follows:
1. Funds refund: If the customer applies for a return and is approved, the refund will be uniformly returned to the customer’s original payment account (such as bank card, WeChat, Alipay, etc.). We do not support changing the refund method to ensure that the flow of funds is transparent and traceable.
Any refunds processed shall be via the originalpayment method for easier tracking of moneymivement. The decision for full refunds willdepend on the reason for the return and thecondition of the item upon inspection.
Please provide the correct order information and payment account when returning the goods. If the merchant fails to handle the refund in time and causes the customer to initiate a dispute, the merchant will bear the relevant responsibilities arising therefrom.
The exchange process is as follows:
1. Within 7 days from the date of purchase, if you find any problems with the product, please keep all packaging materials, including the original packaging, related documents and gifts.
2. Please contact us within 3 days, provide photos of the product, and apply for a replacement.
3. After confirming that the product status meets the requirements of the return policy, we will notify you of the return application as soon as possible.
4. After receiving the product, we will arrange a replacement within 7 working days, and no refund will be made.
*If the product is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange.
We have the right to reject the customer’s return or exchange request in the following circumstances:
We will not be able to process the exchange if the product has the following conditions:
1. The returned product has been more than 7 days and is not the product of this return order.
2. Non-new products: If the product is worn or dirty due to human factors, or the returned product has obvious stains or odors, we have the right not to return or exchange the product. We reserve the final decision on whether the product has obvious stains or odors.
3. Incomplete packaging: The packaging should include the product, packaging bag, packaging box, instructions and accessories.
4. The processing on the product, such as printing, is not the original product.
5. There are damaged or other labels on the packaging that affect secondary sales.
6. Due to subjective reasons, such as color difference, not consistent with imagination, and poor appearance, we have the right not to return or exchange the product.
